How to find us, parking, opening hours and payment.
ApaThai is in central Almaty at Elif Towers, Maulenova Street 46 (lower ground floor), 050004. We are easy to reach from the city-centre hotels; a map and directions are on our contact page.
There is no underground car park. A few outdoor spaces along Maulenova Street belong to Elif Towers residents, so please do not use those private bays. Street parking nearby is often available, and taxis and ride-hailing apps (Yandex Go, inDrive) can drop you at the building entrance. ApaThai is on the lower ground floor of Elif Towers.
We are open Monday and Wednesday–Friday 11:00–22:00, Saturday–Sunday 12:00–23:00, and closed on Tuesday.
Walk-ins are welcome when we have space. If you want a particular therapist or time, booking online is the safer bet, and it takes about a minute.
We accept cash (KZT), bank cards (Visa/Mastercard), Kaspi transfers, PayPal and other common local payment options. You pay at reception after your treatment. A standard booking needs no prepayment.
Yes. Reception and therapists speak English and Russian, so you can book and have your massage without a language barrier. ApaThai is run by a German–Kazakh team to German quality standards, and many of our guests come from abroad.
