Yes. You can book a massage for two in the same room — perfect for couples or friends. Add a second person right in the online booking form and choose a time that suits you both.
ApaThai is in central Almaty at Elif Towers, Maulenova Street 46 (lower ground floor), 050004. We are easy to reach from the city-centre hotels; a map and directions are on our contact page.
We are open Monday and Wednesday–Friday 11:00–22:00, Saturday–Sunday 12:00–23:00, and closed on Tuesday.
Walk-ins are welcome when we have space, but we recommend booking online to secure your preferred therapist and time. Booking takes about a minute.
For deep tension try traditional Thai or deep-tissue massage; for pure relaxation choose an oil or aroma massage; for tired legs, foot reflexology. Not sure? Ask our English-speaking team and we will recommend the right treatment.
We accept cash (KZT), bank cards (Visa/Mastercard), Kaspi transfers, PayPal, and other common local payment options. You pay after your treatment at reception — no prepayment is required for a standard booking.

Come as you are — wear whatever feels comfortable. For traditional Thai massage we provide special loose clothing for the session; for oil massages we offer a private changing room, shower, and disposable underwear. Your therapist will always explain each step and adjust pressure to your comfort.
There is no underground car park. A few outdoor spaces along Maulenova Street belong to Elif Towers residents — please do not use those private bays. Street parking nearby is often available; taxis and ride-hailing apps (Yandex Go, inDrive) can drop you at the building entrance. ApaThai is on the lower ground floor of Elif Towers.
